Your content is analyzed by AI for copyright infringement, hate speech, violence, and inappropriate content detection. Text in your images is read using OCR. Rejected content, rejection reasons, AI security scores, and detected violation types are stored as metadata for 30 days.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide and improve Qioiper, personalize your experience, enable communication features, keep the platform secure, and meet legal requirements.

2b. Content Safety & Compliance

We use AI-powered systems to:

  • Detect copyright infringement: Watermarks, copyrighted music, stock audio watermarks
  • Identify AI-generated content: Deepfake detection through statistical analysis
  • Prevent harmful content: NSFW, violence, weapons, hate speech, terrorism
  • Protect minors: Automatic detection of individuals under 18
  • OCR text analysis: Detecting prohibited keywords, profanity, hate speech
  • Maintain platform integrity: Spam detection, trust score calculation

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with your consent, with service providers who help run the app, or when required by law.

6. Children's Privacy

Qioiper is not intended for individuals under 18. Account creation requires age verification (minimum 18 years). AI automatically detects and rejects content featuring individuals under 18. This policy complies with COPPA, GDPR Article 8, and KVKK. Accounts posting content with minors receive permanent restrictions. No 'blur' option - immediate rejection to protect privacy. Appeals reviewed by human moderators.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Soft Delete Policy:

When you delete posts or moments, they undergo 'soft delete': Content is removed from your profile and app, but metadata retained for legal compliance. Legal retention period: Up to 30 days for deleted accounts.

Account Deletion:

Permanent deletion request: Data removed within 30 days. Retained data: Timestamps, security logs, moderation history. Email notification sent upon account deletion.

Moment Lifecycle:

Flash Moments: Auto-deleted after 24 hours. Memory Moments: Auto-deleted after 7 days. Forever Moments: Manual deletion only. Posts: Manual deletion only.
